Mobiliza connects training, hands-on activities and follow-up in programmes for schools, communities and organisations. Companies, governments and institutes can fund this work, coordinated by Movimento Circular.

How it works

A programme that follows participation from start to finish.

How do you follow what happens across different schools, communities or units?

  1. Plan the programme

    Agreed calendar, targets and responsibilities

    Coordination defines the territory, the audiences and what each side delivers, before the first training session.

  2. Train participants

    A dedicated learning track, with a verifiable certificate

    Short lessons that check understanding at every concept, adapted to the subject and to the place.

  3. Run activities

    Practical missions, with dates and scoring

    Collection drives, school assemblies, campaigns, field action and workshops all enter as missions for the network.

  4. Record and follow

    Evidence with photo, date and review status

    Photo, date, unit and mission enter together, and what was done stays on record while the programme runs.

The calendar, the communication with the network and Movimento Circular’s weekly coordination run through the whole journey. Themes, duration, missions and indicators depend on the agreed scope.

Mutirão do Eletrônico, with Magalu

At the Mutirão do Eletrônico, training got the schools ready to act.

Magalu and Movimento Circular brought São Paulo schools a journey that starts with teacher training and ends in collection, with pick-up and disposal by ABREE, the Brazilian association for recycling electrical and electronic equipment. In 2026 the third edition runs in Franca and the surrounding region, with the ETEC technical schools, entirely on the Mobiliza platform.

The teaching journey built by Movimento Circular lets schools arrive at the collection stage prepared, understanding the concepts of circular economy and recycling.

What a funder can follow

See how an activity becomes a record you can follow.

Every activity carried out across the network enters the platform with a photo, a date, a unit and the mission it answers to. Coordination reviews it, sends it back for adjustment when needed, and an approved record starts counting towards the programme’s indicators.

  1. Submission

    The participant records the activity with a photo and an account, on the platform itself.

  2. Review

    Coordination reads it, and either approves it or returns it with guidance.

  3. Indicator

    An approved record counts on the dashboard, under the programme’s rules.

  4. Origin

    Every number on display traces back to the submission that produced it.

Whoever funds the programme receives follow-up and reporting under the agreed scope. The full archive stays protected by an access code. Participation, completion and change in the territory each have a measure of their own.

SEMIL Circular, with the São Paulo State Government

Training and mobilisation inside an organisation’s own routine.

The São Paulo State Department for the Environment, Infrastructure and Logistics (SEMIL) runs SEMIL Circular with its own civil servants, through its Environmental Education Department. The 2026 edition widens the scope of the first cohort: a hands-on masterclass in April, a film debate and an online course in May, four technical visits to circular operations through October, and a closing session in November.

The shift in perception is visible throughout the process. Many participants said they did not know the subject, but came out changed, wanting to apply what they had learned in their routines, at home, with their families and here at the Department.

The method was applied at the Mutirão do Eletrônico in 2024 and 2025. The platform has been running at the Mutirão and at SEMIL since 2026.

Movimento Circular has a project approved under the Lei de Incentivo à Reciclagem, Brazil’s recycling incentive law, and open to funding, to bring education and mobilisation to schools. The location will be defined as the partnership is structured, within the approved scope. The team presents the project and works through the funding options with the organisation.

Tailored programme

Build a programme for the organisation

Audience, territory, training, activities and follow-up can all be defined in a programme built around the organisation’s goals. The proposal sets out scope, responsibilities, calendar and investment.

Governments can contract the work or convene it locally, under the applicable rules. The incentive route belongs to the approved project, and a tailored programme has a funding assessment of its own.

Movimento Circular structures content, coordination and follow-up as set out in the proposal, and the organisation takes part in the decisions and the agreed responsibilities. The team’s teaching capacity comes from Instituto Atina, founded in 2008.

Can it run where my company operates?

The conversation starts with the territory, the local network and whether it can be delivered there. On the incentive-law route, the location follows the approved project’s scope.

Can we fund it through tax incentives?

The team presents the approved project, which is open to funding, and sends the documentation for your organisation to review.

Which audiences and subjects can take part?

Students, educators, school communities and civil servants have all taken part in the programmes delivered so far. New content for a different subject enters the scope agreed in the proposal.

Who coordinates, and what stays with our team?

The division of work is agreed in the proposal. Movimento Circular leads content, training and coordination of the network, and the organisation takes part in the local arrangements and in the programme’s decisions.

How do we follow the activities and receive the results?

Activities enter as records, coordination reviews each one, and the indicators and reports defined for the programme show what happened while it ran.

How are investment and timeline defined?

Audience, territory, deliverables and duration shape the proposal. For public bodies, the team provides scope and documentation for technical review.
